I am Uma Sharma, a 21-year-old professional with a B.Com degree from Delhi University, driven by a strong belief in the power of perseverance and hard work. My journey has been enriched by my experiences in social media marketing, team leadership, and grievance management.During my academic years, I had the privilege of honing my skills as a Social Media Marketing Specialist Intern at Younity, which fueled my passion for digital marketing. My role as a Social Media Marketer at Bizgurukul Pvt. Ltd. and as a Team Leader at Axis E-Corp Solv. Pvt. Ltd. further strengthened my abilities in leadership and strategic communication.Since graduating in 2023, I worked as a Senior Grievance Executive at Cars24 until August 2024, where I focused on delivering excellent service and managing channel partner's concerns.Currently working as an Executive Assistant at triage meditech.Outside of work, I am an ardent music enthusiast and a lifelong learner, always eager to acquire new skills.
