• Overseeing all academic affairs, and supervising lecturers, instructors • Ensuring the maintenance of high academic standards across the technical vocational training institute, while providing academic counselling and support to students, parents, and lecturers• Assisting the Principal to recruit students for all Departments from calling application forms until admitting to the classes• Managing all academic programmes and academic trainings delivery as per plan at SLGTI in order to support the Principal to achieve institutional goals • Representing SLGTI in the absence of the Principal. Assisting the other members of the SLGTI management team in the task of maintaining high employee morale, great team spirit and best relationship between the Management Board, as well as between lecturers, instructors, administrative staff, and student body
