- Funded by NSERC, the project aims to develop an API that will anonymize the sensitive fields of user-submitted receipts through smartphone application. - Implementing locality hashing technique (min-hashing) using Python to anonymize data in interactive setting.- Utilizing syntactic anonymization schemes such as k-anonymity and l-diversity to perform anonymization for grouped data. - Designing a two-level data anonymization model to ensure maximum data privacy.- Working with Elasticsearch and Kibana for extracting the data from the web API. - Transforming the code into an API to be deployed into client's system.- Preparing weekly progress reports and delivering presentations.
