Super vision of Materials planning, procurement, production and Distributions

Supervision of all Supply chain activities, Planning and procurement of the materials, Liaison with the production team for priorities production keeping in view of the plant capacities. Have experience being in charge of the Retailers distribution set up and its transition from retailer to Sole distribution set with M&P. Supervision of all Finance and accounting matters, Verification of Day to day Financial entries of ERP, Compilation of monthly financial reports (Materials cost, Overheads, Capital expenditures).  Liaison with the relevant stakeholders for all supply chain matters of the company including Sales and marketing, procurement, production planning, distributers.  International Reporting to the Global offices relating to Sales, Inventory, Plant Overhead  In-depth knowledge about existence and implementation of revised internal controls/policies in accordance to the organization guidelines
