o Purchasing schedule on monthly basis, according to vendors quotation that approved by directors.o Comparing quality & price of different products of vendors.o Negotiation with vendors to maintain schedule to deliver products timely. o Developing & managing new emerging reliable vendors.o Establish and maintain high standard of relationship with suppliers for the most cost-effectiveness and favorable serviceo Making rejection and claim note of defected spare parts (quality & size wise).o Providing information to the vendors regarding their accounts balances, quality of spare parts and different spare parts sample.o Analysis Shortage reports daily for planning section to check and balance the stock position for ordering purpose.o Plan, organizes, monitor and truck assets / material o Monitoring & coordinating with stores & warehouses,o Perform other duties related field as assigned by supervisor.
