 Led FCA’s transparency and confidentiality theme for representations on the draft IRHP report. Drafted correspondence and prepared relevant extracts for the FCA’s Notifications process. Supported the FCA’s data-gathering and disclosure needs across the Connaught and IRHP reviews. Completion of information requests, several large document review and redaction exercises. Mailbox management and coordination of the reviews’ procurement and finance administration. Coordinated and resolved many of the Independent Reviewers’ IT issues (key liaison).

Investigations and projects support and administration role within the Enforcement & Litigation Division. Completion of all information and research requests on the Co-op Review. Successful data management on the Co-op Review and several enforcement investigations.  Working with Barristers to reduce inconsistencies, and factual errors in the final Co-op report. Successful completion of initial planning, monitoring of actions and risks. Assisting in the set-up of project boards, stakeholder management and background checks. Mentored several junior administrators, helping them to secure permanent positions.

Project support role on the HBOS Reviews (2013 - 2015), via Tate Recruitment, transferred to Prudential Regulation Authority (under the Bank of England at Legal Cutover, April 2013). Support Team lead for data universes and major information requests. Lead liaison to Independent Reviewers and coordinator for Maxwellisation of key stakeholders. Supporting creation and maintenance of key project documentation (e.g. Business Case, Project Plans, Action, Risk, Issues and Conflicts Registers and the Lessons Learned log).
