Participates in the development of marketing and business plans, strategy implementation, and managing the business development budget and forecasts for a defined area of responsibility. - Organise and prioritize prospects based on customer needs to go beyond transactional sales to become a true strategic partner.- Communicate with clarity, purpose, & emotion to build a genuine connection with prospects and customers.- Advocate for our customers to ensure that they have everything they need.- Working very closely with the events team to execute unique experiences that drive community engagement. - Collaborating with the team to develop new initiatives that will enhance our community experience.- Working in collaboration with our technical & production team- Responsible in terms of growth/profitability/management of the new accounts- Assist customers to identify their needs & requirements and design outcome-focused solutions

Managed North & South Region including Educational Community of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, KPK, Swat, Buner, Karachi, Interior Sindh, and Quetta and worked with more than 10,000 potential clients and 500+ clients with the different market segment, trained 5,000+ teachers and reached out to more than 100,000 students in these areas.Project Management- Blended learning programs at schools: Manage and monitor education programs at schools to introduce blended learning solutions and usage of technology in classrooms to improve the quality of education in Pakistan.- Educational Events and Workshops: Conduct and manage educational events for different stakeholders to either build capacity or bring awareness.- Content development: Engage in content development for blended learning educational solutions.Business Development & Partnerships- Business Development: Connect with donors and partners in the education sector for ongoing initiatives.- Proposal Writing: Develop and pitch proposals for new business opportunities.- Research and Analysis: Engage in educational landscape analysis, competitor analysis, and data analytics for research reports and trend analysis.Product Management- Product User Experience: Analyze user experience, conduct user-testing focus groups, and review to improve the usability of the product.
