1. Leading a team responsible for designing and installation of Telemetry / Tele command, C4I, Autopilot, Auto Tracking, UHF Radio Communication, Video Encoding and UAV’s along with all necessary components as required. 2. Responsible to lead a team for designing the Ground Control System that can be used in field operations by Pakistan Air force and Army.3. Being a part of the team that is providing equipment training to all the troops for the functionality and handling in to the field for the better performance.4. Responsible for leading a team in designing a UAV for the clients. 5. Part of a team responsible for designing and installing the simulator for UAVs, Shooting, Tank, for training.6. Responsible for estimating resources, required skill sets, and budget for developing new or advancement in current product.

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and documenting the following; billing and reporting, purchase and procurement, testing and quality assurance services.• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.• Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.• Work to minimize the need for third party development resources bringing into balance in-house vs. outsourced services• Meet budget and schedules per commitment.• Collaborate with HW designers on the selection of components for new designs where applicable.• Analyze products and recommend improvements and identify failure modes.• Develop test procedures and support design of test and design qualification systems.• Provide guidance to production team to ramp up new designs in manufacturing where applicable.• Serve as a Firmware Design Team Lead requiring planning, scheduling and other project management skills as required.• Troubleshoot and resolve firmware and hardware related issues both on site and in the field as required.
