With my advanced Business Management degree, I have gained experience in management and business planning for businesses and products in my professional career. I have worked for a few companies where I have used communications and technology as my sub-specialty alongside marketing. I have also consulted small and medium businesses in streamlining their operations logistically and branding their businesses both online and offline.I rely heavily on technology in creating systems for streamlining workflow in business structures. It includes quick and complete transfer of information by multiple media (emails, cell phones etc.) within the teams internally and B2B or B2C externally. That has enabled me to consult team members in response handling, campaign tracking, follow-up, and automated lead management. I have also managed logistics of physical goods between countries while presenting those products with corporate branding and packaging for my company.I have had an added responsibility of global expansion of our product in newer territories by establishing connections with local organizations either as managing partners or distributors for our products, which has enabled me to network in Middle Eastern countries. My specialties include training in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AX (ERP) to manage the incoming information and designing strategies for an intended forecast of operations. I have also been certified in intermediate graphic designing and video presentations (Adobe Photoshop, Sony Vegas etc.) to understand the potentials of graphics in marketing and branding as well as business presentations. It involves Photoshop wireframes and HTML authoring for prototypes and visuals before coding. With my professional career, I have volunteered in coordinating for organizations in recreational activities. I served as a tournament coordinator in Dhahran Cricket Association (DCA) for 4 years and managed four annual invitational tournaments.
