Duties and Responsibilities:• Manages Customer Installation and Service Technicians and activities to NOKIA performance standards.• Provide expertise and oversight to ensure the Network Operations Centre’s applications/tools, workflows/procedures and staff can support new and highly scalable technologies.• Preparing, Analysing and Producing Technical Reports, Scope of Work (SOW), BOQ, SLAs, KPI Reports, Training Programs, Technical Presentations to support Manager Operations.• Troubleshooting & Providing Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 Tech Support to Maintenance team for solving Minor / Major / Critical incident / Risk / Faults also carrying out routine preventive maintenance and fault rectifications tasks.• Supervise the Microwave and IP-MPLS PAT (Provisional Acceptance Test) of installed equipment of Transmission and IP in Mobily Network.• Responsible for implementation of various tasks or WOs assigned by operational manager and give suggestions to field teams for development/improvement of the preventive and corrective maintenance activity processes.• Support 24*7 Rotation (ROTA) when assigned.• Communicate with management concerning the assessment of the HSE program performance and provide proactive and/or corrective action recommendation.• Prepare HSE reports and safety evaluation.
