Umair completed his undergraduate degree from California State University with a BBA(Honors) in Marketing. While in university he also served as a leading member of the youth community for the United Nations Southern California Division. During his time in university he served one of the largest e-commerce companies in America that dealt in cellphone accessories, as a customer success manager, which eventually led him to become the departmental head of customer service and sales. He led a team located both in America and overseas in two continents. In 2015, he migrated to Pakistan to join the industry of Energy and IT. He then joined Netline Group of Companies which focuses on providing leading solutions to the Pakistani, Middle East and US market. The company now serves a significant market share in Pakistan and the middle east with big corporations as its key clientele due to its product reliability and after sales service approach. The company has now launched offices as well catering to the international market. Along with Netline Group, Umair also is serving on the board of a software house that builds IT infrastructure for clients and an online clothing brand catering the Gen Z Market. With his business acumen he has been able to consult all his business clients to become self sustainable, achieving exponential growth year after year while creating a social impact for the community at large. Umair’s passion for humanitarian works have led him to co-found an inter school sports event called, Olympiad, which is now one of the largest affairs held in Karachi today consisting of over 100 schools and thousands of students that participate athletically. He also is a prominent member of an NGO that re-distributes left over food in restaurants all over the city to the less fortunate of the community, called the Food Bank. Umair now is a consultant for many new start ups and mentors the youth on upcoming business market practices.
