Uma Iyer Email and Phone Number
Hi! My name is Uma Iyer and I am pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering with specializations in Aerospace Engineering and Energy & Environmental Engineering at UC Irvine. I have a strong passion for exploring the intersection of my interests in environmental science/health and aerospace to create sustainably designed spacecraft and aviation technologies! My goal is to pursue a career that highlights designing, prototyping, and fabricating technologies with an emphasis on material science, systems design, and manufacturing and automation technology in an innovative space setting. My involvement and engineering student design teams (aerospace and automotive design) and research labs (environmental toxicology and electrolyzer research) has allowed me to advance my enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration.
