• Project Planning and Management – Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.• Ongoing Service Operation – Support service SLAs, monitor metrics and provide reports on an ongoing basis.• Proactive identification and resolution of issues & risks that may negatively impact a project or project deliverables; seek and implement innovative ways to remove project obstacles• Process Management and Improvement – Define and manage a well-defined project management process and manage ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management.• Team and Cross-Team Management – Assist in team development while holding teams and team members accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; mentoring and developing team members. Provide regular and timely feedback to team members.• System Owner Support – Support the System Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.• Team building – promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team.• Creating and managing P&L.• Work on proposals for large and complex deals, including providing inputs for RFP response document• Present capabilities/solutions and share relevant insights with the sales team

• Co-ordinate where appropriate responses to incidents / requests with service partners (infrastructure, data management), 3rd party vendors and ensure customer is kept up to date with progress.• Provide technical application installation and configuration.• Manage licensing related incidents for technical applications.• Coordinate application upgrades according to agreed upgrade schedule and within the change management practices defined.• Handling issues related to data corruption/quality.• Validating the results given by the applications.• Capture known issues and related information to drive knowledge transfer across both Technical application support team members and other support groups.• Create and maintain application inventories and documentation.• Highlight areas of improvement needed within support processes and procedures, make recommendations where appropriate.• Coordinate within Global Technical applications team, incidents or requests requiring multi-site technical solutions.• Provide enhancement suggestions to improve service offering either internally within the support mechanism of the team, or externally to improve business experience of service.• Daily/weekly checkpoints with customers.
