Plaid sparked the fintech revolution by making it possible for developers to connect with the legacy, opaque, and previously-inaccessible financial system in a user-friendly, permissioned manner.I helped the company grow from ~300 people to ~1000+, leading the Developer and Consumer groups during this hyper-growth phase. My team of 10 PMs was responsible for the product strategy and roadmap of a 100+ person engineering and design org. I built my PM from the ground up, and also helped scale and formalize the product management discipline across the company, through things like improving our hiring practices and overhauling our product docs and review processes.
