I am a 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 building & managing multiple communities online. My mission is to support and empower communities with relevant and engaging content and to align them with the company's business goals.I have been the Community Manager for 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 (𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐-𝟐𝟑 community.I also run my 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆, where we share community-building techniques with brands & community lovers.At present, I am managing the following communities on multiple social media platforms- “𝗬𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝘀” 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 for Slurrp Farm which focuses on providing wholesome nutrition to the kids.- An all-women support community 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 which was featured in the Business World magazine & the Nayi Duniya newspaper for its initiatives.- A Food community 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 with an excellent growth & engagement rate getting brand collaborations from renowned brands.- Multiple communities on WhatsApp.My past corporate work-ex of over a decade was to handle International Commercial documentation & Business Development- both within India and overseas. My international stint includes multiple visits to Europe, the Middle East & SE Asia to participate in sales meets and conduct training programs.What I love doing:🪄 Build wonderful communities.🪄 Moderate content posted by community members to ensure that it aligns with the community guidelines and policies.🪄 Respond to queries & comments from members, addressing any concerns and promoting engagement.🪄 Create content for the community, such as posts, videos, and live streams.🪄 Analyzing and tracking the performance of community content to identify what resonates with members and what can be improved.🪄 Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in community management and recommending new strategies to improve the community.🪄 Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the community is aligned with overall business goals.🪄 Most importantly, organising offline meet-ups to connect with our community members.
