He is a transformation leader with over 20 years of business management, operations & technology, client delivery and sales experience with Citigroup, leading business units of up to US$ 500 mn across Asia Pacific. He has a track record of crafting and leading change driven by strategy, culture, digitization and automation, aimed at quantum leaps in bottom line, revenues, client delivery and risk mitigation. Having worked in five Asian countries and led teams of over 3,000 professionals, Umang has demonstrated experience in building empowered teams locally and regionally, and leading transformation across cultures. His cross-functional experience provides him with a unique understanding of the end-to-end connectivity in an organization and the ability to foster relationships across stakeholders. Umang is a Board Member at YouTrip and has served twice as Secretary of the Singapore Fintech Association. He is also an angel investor.
