I am passonate working within the humanitarian/development sector since 2010 where I started humbly working with a Civil Society Organizaton in Kano, the CSO collaborated with Global Fund Round 9 Phase II, Association For Family and Reproductive Health ARFH as well as Save The Children, the STEER project, implemented Child Protection, HIV/AIDS as well as OVC programming in Wudil, Gaya and Warawa LGAs of Kano all through to 2016.From August 2016, I joined USAID/OTI (Office of Transition Initiative) program in the NorthEast Nigeria such as theNigeria Northeast Regional Initiative (NERI) and the Nigeria Lakechad Basin Program (NLCB). I love what I do, this makes me to contnously put all the best I can to achieve set target; this gave me the opportunity to grow within USIAD/Creative Associates International work domain from M&E Officer to Program Officer I&II and later rose to the position of Senior Prorgam Manager. I am currently based in Yobe State, northeast Nigeria (one of the BAY states most affected by the activities of insurgennts, currently at recovery stage), implementing peacebuilding/resilience program under the Nigeria North East Connection Progrom - a USAID funded till date.
