Record Incidents and correlate the event, applying appropriate workarounds and also communicate and coordinate resolution with other support level including third party and other support levelFTTH Troubleshooting: After receiving complain from client through the customer service on Fiber related issues, I do troubleshooting from the ONT and OLT to find out reason for client network issue.OLT & ONT Configuration: I configure New OLT and ONU for field Engineers for better network usage.I enable the ports to be used and also suggest the number of client to be added to each port for proper network performance.FTTH Design and Implementation: I am incharge of fiber to the home design and implementation process, I monitor the process and check the RX power from the OLT to the splitters and to the client home.Configuring Mikrotic router and Access Point. I configure Routers and Aps for FMEs in order to make work easy for them while on fieldwork.Monitoring: I monitored large computer networks and server from central location in order to detect alarms and loops on the network and then resolve it remotely or report to the network team to resolve.Troubleshooting: I identify and resolve any issue related to servers, networks and customers complain by consistently troubleshooting, monitoring, and gathering information from the clients about their experience on the network.Deployment of Engineer (FME): Reporting complex network issues, which requires needs for field engineer to visit affected client or BTS location for quick resolution, I follow up to get update until the issue is resolved.Problem Management: In addition to correlating incidents, I also participate in identification of new problems along with Network Teams in order to ensure smooth usage of network by the clients.Documentation: Track and document all issues and resolutions in detail for record purpose.
