My responsibilities include supervision of all Finance & Administration Department employees and for the division’s overall management, coordination, and assessment.o Preparation of monthly financial results, budget, and quarterly forecasts, and completion of the reporting requirements.o Performing of detailed analysis of accounts, preparation of month-end reports, and presentation of findings to top level management.o Key in entries and maintain the company’s general ledger.o Prepare and file the necessary annual tax forms according to statutory requirements.o Responsible for monitoring stock levels and performing inventory reconciliations.o Provide supervision of the external financial and ISO audits.o Responsible reviewing weekly accounts payable and accounts receivable.o Suggest modifications and improvements to existing processes and help in the evaluation of such changes.o Prepared and submitted monthly management accounts in a timely manner.o Checked the general ledger for errors and performed reconciliations.o Preparation of necessary weekly and monthly documents, including payroll and tax returns.o Coordination with banks for timely payments, acquiring leasing and financing. o Preparing and maintaining fixed asset register.
