• Processing of consumer financing application.• Responsible to make sure that every application is up to policy parameter and according toSBP guidelines and PR's.• Responsible for the calculation of debt to burden ratio and income estimation, performinginternal checks and obtaining bureau of consumer financing applications.

• Providing customer services to high net worth individuals.• Resolving their quires on utmost basis by directly coordinating with departments.• keeping follow-ups for Daily cases and providing resolution on pirority basis.

• Deliver personalized services to customers on various banking products, accounts, loans and different services and enquiries in an effective and efficient manner. • Responsible for dealing technical queries related to visa credit cards, debit cards, internet banking and accounts related issues, and branch banking related information to the customers.• Work as Backup support to Team leader to handle team issues, Management queries, Team training, Information Exchanges between team and PBO’s.• To ensure that all customer problems and queries get resolved in the minimum possible time frame.

· Assist staff with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment and software complying with given standards and guidelines.· Update and maintain computer inventory and surplus equipment. Maintain and resolve issues on LAN/WAN and other computing equipment.· Maintain accounts of the firm and keep the records of all the expenses and incomes. Generate accounting reports as per firm requirement.· Recommend and implement upgrades on systems to ensure longevity.· Resolve customer complain or query by providing assistance and solution to their concern.· Communicate with customers, weekly follow up and visits to best ensure the customer satisfaction.
