I also have a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification, which demonstrates my knowledge and ability to apply the Scrum framework in agile projects.One of my recent projects is the Digital Demand team at JLR, where I identify and analyse digital demand requirements from across the organisation and create a common view of demand. I use tools such as Lucidchart, Confluence, and Project Documentation to communicate with various stakeholders, map out customer journeys, and document requirements and solutions. I also have experience in developing an application using APPIAN, a low-code automation platform, and creating POCs using Python libraries as a visualisation tool.
