This conference was divided into online and wilderness phase.There were several components to this experience: "Wilderness Conference 2021" (Wilderness)- 5 day conference in Manoor Valley (Kaghan Valley). Teams featured: 10 Main Activity: demonstrated leadership and innovation in highly time-constrained physical group games. My team won 1st Prize Other activities: cooking with limited resources, hiking in dark, spending 4 days in the mountain without cellphones, finding inner-purpose while trekking"Social Action Project" (online)- Part of an 8-member team; undertook a strategic approach to climate change activism; the team planted trees, gave awareness sessions (online and on-ground), partnered with organizations and regional heads; the team outreached 90,000 people though online and on-ground sessions and out of 10 teams, our Social Action Project was declared 2nd best. "Empathy interviews" (online)- Reached out to an individual who suffered from covid financially. Learnt his story and struggles and eventually the perspective of someone who spent a different life from me. "Group working skill enhancement" (online)- In a large team, there were several inefficiencies. Learnt to solve them, reduce time in doing work, and also streamlined other processes (e.g. better information management)"Guns and Roses" (Wilderness)- Learnt to give feedback to each group member (seven members) in front of them.
