Worked four consecutive summers from 2011 to 2014 as a Customer Service Representative with the Abqaiq Community Information Center (CIC) and the Abqaiq Quality Assurance and Orientation Center (QAOC), both of which operated under the Abqaiq Community Services Department. My responsibilities with the QAOC included developing and updating the training curriculum for contractor employees as well as conducting the training workshops. The training modules included Water Conservation, Heat Illness Prevention, Safety, Health & Hygiene. At the CIC I manned the front desk, where community members can come for information and booking for all the community facilities and events, as well as the 939 call desk that deals with the customer-facing aspects of all Maintenance, Gardening, and Housing requests.
