Assemble and testing of prototypes hammers and bits whilst working closely with the R&D team prior to release of product to the market. Receive, register and prepare samples for analysis products with abnormal behaviour/pre-mature failures. Carry out a thorough failure analysis including metallurgy and mechanical tests in order to determine cause before preparing a report for the customer with an explanation of our findings. These reports offer recommendations on operational changes which can improve the lifetime and condition of the products alongside continued support from Drillco engineers. Work closely with trusted manufactures in the United Kingdom right through the production of smaller components of the hammers and drill bits. Once products have been dispatched and arrive at our storage facility, to carry out quality analysis.
