Review of P&ID & Piping Layout & Fabrication drawings.Prepare project schedule ( Primavera P6) & critical paths along with preparation of look ahead schedules, BAR charts & S- Curves.Procurement Status & Equipment deployment Chart as applicable for the Project. Preparing and distributing adescription and timeline of the project.To monitor project through Cost Estimation, Budgets, Value of Actual Work / Projected work & raise invoices as per the Contract.Monitor & Analyse deviation, delay & prepare a Recovery/Catch Up plan (if required) to meet the Milestones.Coordinate & Communicate with different vendors for material procurement ensuring swift delivery.Develop & submit the Progress Reports to Consultant & Client as per the schedule.Preparing Pre- commissioning Schedule and maintaining Punch points.Ensure proper Teamwork by regularly Coordinating with internal departments, Consultants, Clients, Contractor & Site Team.Participating in Client/Contractor meetings and resolving Client/Engineering and Management project issues.Detailed analysis of Estimated costs and Actual costs.Prepare projects monthly/quarterly/yearly profit and loss sheet for corporate review.Identifying Projects and Business Units risks and assigning contingency against them.Prepare risk handling strategy used to eliminate or lessen the likelihood and/or consequence of a risk.Ensure stakeholder satisfaction.Evaluate the project performance by project lesson learned.Planning and budgeting for required work force.
