Responsibilities:• Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various technical roles (from entry to mid-level) and building a high-quality candidate pipeline• Implement a variety of sourcing techniques (Boolean search) to screen and select candidates.• Sourcing candidates through different job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn and CareerBuilder.• Speaking to candidate taking initial phone screening, understand their competencies & skill sets. Conducting full life cycle of recruiting starting from sourcing a resource to closing.• Cross checking with resumes and make sure that the resume matches with the desired skill sets of the requirement.• Extensive experience of Internet Recruiting for candidates, pre-screening to pull out quality potential candidates, lead generation by job posting, e-mail, etc.• Submitting the candidate s profile to account managers with proper information like Contact details, Availability, Rate, current location experience on the required skill of the consultant• Arranging interviews over phone and Face to Face and follow ups.• Maintaining the track record of submittals to trace the status in the form of an excel sheet.• Continues follow-up for every submission till the end result.• Keeping track of candidate for future references.• Job offers follow-up to make sure the candidate joins in time.• Hands on experience working for Technologies such as: Java, J2EE, JScript, UX/UI designers and developers, iOS and Android Developers• Conducted recruiter interviews and evaluated candidate responses; those qualified were submitted to the hiring managers. Provided feedback to candidates who were not qualified.
