Responsible for day-to-day document management workloadSubmitting all documents (WIR, MIR, RFI, MAR, Drawings, Method Statement, etc.) in Aconex.Perform document control duties, which include registering all incoming and outgoing correspondence, and transmitting drawings and documents.Maintain and arrange a schedule of all the engineers assigned for a weekly meeting, duties include setup and coordinating meetings.Handing all the documents as per AconexRecord keeping of submitted Drawings/documents.Tracking of Drawings/documents status and updating to concerned departments/engineers/managers.Handling all contract documents and providing the required documents/drawings/Specifications to concerned departments upon request.Reporting to the project director about the document's approval statusDocument filing as per ISO procedure!Marinating the log sheet of all the transmittalsDistribute all the technical documents/drawings received on Aconex to relevant departments and engineers.Support the technical project team and other departments

Receive and distribute daily correspondence.File all documents to related files.Provide administrative & clerical support to departments or individuals.Maintain all project submittal logs (RFI, Drawings, MOS, SWN)Maintain hard copy & electronic filing system.Maintain office equipment, such as photocopy machine & scanner.Maintain a record of all approved samples.Attending the calls and transfer to a related person.Prepare and submit weekly submittal reports to the Project Manager.Distribute all the technical documents/drawings received from the client to relevant departments and engineers.All Submittals and Correspondences are transmitted through the Aconex platform, all files are kept, stored, and organized electronically as per the clients’ EDMS procedures and updated periodically.
