I graduated in quantity surveying in 2015 and have since gained solid international experience in the Gulf and South Asia, working over six years as a graduate quantity surveyor. I also gained essential experience, while studying, as a construction estimator so my knowledge of the industry is well-rounded and comprehensive, spanning different regulatory contexts and projects for a total duration of 10 years. My work across borders has enabled me to collaborate with different types of clients and team members, honing my interpersonal skills and providing me with fundamental experience in stakeholder management. With a proven track record in completing projects from inception to completion, whether as part of a team or working on my own, my primary goal is to satisfy the client throughout the process, which ranges from design coordination to monitoring progress and costing. I’ve also been in charge of procurement and tendering for main contracts works and nominated subcontractor works, which has given me a thorough understanding of commercial practices, competition and evaluation criteria as well as aspects of construction law. I also bring to the table an array of technical skills including knowledge of JCT SBC 2005/2011, FIDIC Red & Yellow Contracts, planning and programming techniques, construction claim evaluation and construction delay analysis that can be demonstrated under supervision.Currently enrolled as an APC candidate at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, I’m committed to continuous development. My next role will, therefore, entail further challenges in quantity surveying or as a construction estimator in the construction and infrastructure industry.
Listed skills include Jct Sbc 2005/2011, Delay Analysis, Construction Time And Programming, Tendering, and 4 others.
