CurrentReviewing, analyze and identify opportunity to reorganize HR structure across subsidiaries to increase overall HR functional effectiveness.Collaborate with Learning and Development Team to assess, design, develop and implement development initiatives and action plans to close identified gaps, catering for current and future business needs of the organization and its impact of intervention.Plan, develop and implement talent management tools, resources, and strategies to ensure retention of key talents and critical positions for business continuity.Oversee and manage the Performance Appraisal System that drives high performance of employees.Drive and promote the organizations Core Values to ensure employees ‘Live and Embrace’ as part of the organization’s culture.Responsible for the startup of Shared Services. Collaborate with stakeholders and subsidiary HR to standardize, simplify, automate and where applicable eliminate HR functional processes with the objective of consolidating to a ‘hub or shared services’ to improve HR Business Partnering role with management / stakeholders of subsidiary.Develop and manage Service Level Agreement (SLA); monitor performance and provide regular performance reporting for service provisions between CHR and subsidiaries.Manage issues and resolutions arising between SSC and subsidiaries and invoke escalation processes where necessary.Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead in the end to end (E2E) implementation of HRMS module from URS to reporting.Deliver accurate and timely HR reports and analysis to be presented to the Management periodically.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Research, identify and keep updated and relevant of the latest market trends and / or best practices. Aligns current organization’s framework / templates / practices to that of market best practice / trend.Developing and implementing CHR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
