With an accumulated experience of over 15 years of working with NGOs/INGOs/UN Agencies and Donor organizations in the development sector, I am currently working as Adviser Green Skills Development in GIZ-TVET Sector Support Programme - Pakistan. In my current job role, I am responsible for developing and implementing Framework for Green Agenda in TVET inline with the updated Nationally Determined Contributions 2021 of Pakistan. Over the past years, I have developed a healthy working relationship with key counterparts (Government department / Authorities), Chambers of Commerce & Industry, Business Industry Associations (BIA) and Enterprises from the Federal, 4 provinces and 3 regions (Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA)). I have supported in conceptualization and award of over 61 Grant & Financing agreements (over 13 million Euros). I have the privilege of acting as a presenter in 3 international conferences (1 in Sri Lanka, 1 in Germany and 1 in Pakistan). I have led the process of revision of Apprenticeship Act 2017 Pakistan and supported in development of various Rules of Businesses (RoB) and development of Memorandum/Articles of Association of Chamber of Skills Craft. I have planned and organized multiple international learning and knowledge sharing visits of dignitaries and private sector representatives. As a lead-trainer, I have been conducting multiple topic-specific capacity building sessions all over Pakistan. I have been also involved in developing and piloting different Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools at the federal, provincial and implementation level (based on Results Model) and currently I am focusing on implementing a well-integrated digitized monitoring and evaluation system. I am a PhD scholar with my majors in Human Resource Development (HRD) and have completed my MS and MBA with HR majors. I am good in speaking and writing English and Urdu and also possess good writing skills.
