Analysing NPD products with competitors and share the feedback to business after alignment with regional & global sensory team.5 - Ensure the safety culture within the department and implement fully the company SHE program to minimize accidents.6 - New ice cream products development (pilot plant trials to commercial production) as per business plan.7 - To ensure consumer safety right from the product design and processing at plant.Identify new ice cream technological developments inside and outside organization, generate new opportunities, based on insights and creativity, share these with marketing team and in line with business requirements.8 - Maintain ice cream BOMs and comply the recipe data as per Global Nutritional standards, Cyclops.9 - Technical support in terms of trouble shooting, testing, pilot plant trials and commercial production.Support to planning & purchase for cost effective ice cream materials and suppliers.10 - Implement and maintain all the relevant elements of the Quality Management System (FOQUS, ISO, HALAL).11 - Screening & establishing sensory panel as per RFC requirements for Pakistan Opco. Design, conduct, analyse and report sensory studies based on business and customer needs according to established internal RFC sensory procedures.

 Formulation and development of applications in line with customer requests. Creation of application formulations and samples using flavours, emulsions, compounds and other Frutarom ingredients where required. Ingredients could be functional, give health benefits, improve taste/appearance/product, acceptability, etc. Development of beverage application samples in line with market and customer expectations, and in line with a detailed brief or from a proactive perspective. Management of the required steps from bench development through to full scale production. Development of products according to local legislation and Regulations. R&D support to customers as and when appropriate. Continuous evolution in respect to a positive list of flavorings for use in Middle East.

 Givaudan is the global leader in the food flavor and fragrance industry, offering its products to global, regional and local food, beverage, consumer goods and fragrance companies. Pakistan application lab development and layout working for Karachi. Evaluation of new and existing flavors in a range of beverage applications. Development of new application recipes for beverages and dairy as per customer demand. Providing technical support to customers, including the recommendation of flavors and technical information on application issues, Plant trials and first commercial production at customer site. Support global and regional marketing initiatives. Work closely with Holland and swiss team for bigger projects independently. Implement new beverage and dairy technologies as delivered by the Global Science and Technology group. Raw material stock replenishment and updating the flavor library. 15 days Lab application training on Beverages in Center Of Expertise (COE) in Holland and 15 days Lab application training on dairy products in Center Of Expertise (COE) in Switzerland. My key Customers during assignment were, Nestle, Almarai, Pepsico, Coke, Rani Juices, NADEC, Al Ain dairy, Alifard, Mehan, Gourmet, Next Cola, Maaza, Alrawabi.
