As a member of MSB SBP, I had worked with OCHA Gaziantep XB Humanitarian Coordination Hub for Syria in 2013, then moved with CP Cluster Philippines to respond to Yolanda Cyclone, and later Joined WoS WASH for Syria response.

I had worked with UNICEF humanitarian response for flood emergency of 2010, as Information Management Officer of CP Cluster, in Multan, Later Mover with Education sector in Peshawar covering flood and IDP crises. In later 2011, I joined the CP National cluster covering flood and IDP crises in KP, Punjab, and the Sindh region.

Early Recovery and reconstruction coordination in earthquake 2005 affected regions of KP.

I was responsible for analyzing the configuration, customization, and rollout requirements for various government agencies regarding E. Government ERP applications. This includes identifying the core processes of these agencies, prioritising them according to specific metrics provided through Ministry IT, and defining system requirement specifications for the deployment of the E. Government ERP System. To ensure effective communication, I work closely with department and section heads, as well as users, to analyse the processes and methodologies.In terms of notable achievements, I have prepared a proposal for an upgraded computer network infrastructure for the Ministry of Finance, which caters to over 600 users of different seniority levels. I engage with the Ministry of Railway to deploy the system. Also, I have been able to establish the necessary network and server infrastructure at EGD for the deployment of a EG ERP system on EGD premises for its various department. I also oversee the digitization of the department records.

As a key member of the Punjab Literacy Promotion Project (PLPP) team, I was tasked with designing and implementing an information system to capture, process, and analyze data in the model districts of Khushab, Mandi Bahaoud, DG Khan, and Khanewal. I took on multiple responsibilities, including developing, deploying, and maintaining a survey digitization tool that streamlined the data entry process. To ensure that the tool was used effectively by the 70+ staff members involved in the project, I developed comprehensive training manuals and delivered in-person and remote training sessions. I also provided ongoing support to staff members across North and South Punjab.My role extended beyond the digitisation process, as I led a 10-member team in processing data and preparing analytical reports. By leveraging GIS-based mapping tools, I was able to create data visualisations that informed program planning and monitoring. My contributions helped the PLPP team make informed decisions and achieve its goals in promoting literacy across Punjab.

As part of its support to the Ministry of Women and Social Welfare, UNFPA collaborated on a project called the Gender Management Information System (GMIS) aimed at improving national statistics with a gender-based focus. In this project, I led a team of three in conducting a needs analysis, designing, and developing intranet-based applications. Our main objective was to create a web-based gender information system that integrated significant national statistics, such as the Labor Force Survey, Economic Development Report, and Census Dataset.Also, I helped in deploying a LAN at the provincial directorate office to help access the GMIS.
