Summary Achievement:To achieve the quality shoes or end product, I will source the material from the right suppliers in the global market (Tanneries & Footwear Manufactures), set up the product and quality standards as well as the tools & Systems between the supply chains to move them in the right direction to get the quality end product meet the customer standard.Technical Service:Responsible for the overall performance of Brands - Material to Product Development, Fit & Salesmen samples, Confirmation samples and requirement changes. Sourcing & Auditing of Factories to ensure they are reliable to produce our goods as per standards, costing, Quality & result oriented. Co-ordinating with suppliers for Commercialization, ensuring our clients brand intergrity and outstanding product quality. Evaluate prototypes through material, fit and wear test data, shoe construction & technical proficiency.To liaise closely with suppliers and teams in the factory to coordinate the product development, pre-production, quality issues/solutions, set standards and specifications, follow up QC team for educating the brand requirements and drove them to achieve goal of delivering outstanding value and quality goods to their customers.Frequent travel to all suppliers to make sure the materials, development process, commercialization, production, quality standards are up to customer level.
