Current1. Managing and overseeing all the administrative functions such as admin office, time office, labor office, purchase, store, warehouse, civil section, transport, school, colonies, accommodation, guest house and security & discipline matters. 2. Performing the HR functions such as recruitment, performance, relationship, environment, training, compensation / benefits and compliance of labor laws.3. Handling of all affairs such as EOBI, PESSI, legal cases, court hearing, property matters, audit & FBR.4. Coordinating with Government agencies such as DC, AC, DO, DLO, DLW and Police affairs, etc.5. Managing the schedules, deadlines, meetings, traveling, events and office budget.6. Implementing and improving the system, policies & procedures.7. Keeping an eye on organizational changes and business developments.
