Currently, I'm leading Quality department of a well-known and one of largest export-oriented Footwear manufacturing industry in Pakistan.where my responsibilities are :To manage Quality of product, vendor quality, final product inspections, lab activities , claim management and to provide technical assistance if required in shoe manufacturing.

I’ve worked as an Executive QA at ‘’Shafi Pvt ltd’’, where my responsibilities were to: Manage all activities of Quality Assurance and testing of raw materials, in process samples,finished goods, non-routine/special samples and in time reporting to all concerned.Arrange inspections, testing of textile, leather, finished product and all material related to shoeindustry in lab and also from external labs in accordance with standard operating procedures or as percustomer’s requirement.To make sure product is manufacturing according to customer’s required specifications.Communicating within team and with production about existing defects and how to prevent in future.Check supplier material’s physical and technical specifications against the approved sample.To coordinate with customer’s representative, inspection teams and with external labs.Management of QA team, laboratory and to check availability of all the testingchemicals/Reagents/Apparatus and staff.Maintain data and lab operating statistical record, to support operation and customersatisfaction.To provide technical support within the laboratory and other departments if required.Keep doing R&D work to save company’s expenditures and to develop product with bettertechnical specification.Inspect final product and compare with requirements provided by customer.

Joined this institute As a part time job (evening), where my responsibilities were to:Give lectures to 9th, 10th, 1st year and 2nd year classes.Communicate with parents on a regular basis, via annual assessments, quarterly meetingsand monthly phone conversations.

Learned a lot from this organisation.Ittehad chemicals limited is the pioneer in chlor-Alkali chemical manufacturing.Where my duties were:To ensure the quality of all raw materials like Rock salt, Lime stone, Barium carbonate, SodiumCarbonate,and finished products like Caustic Soda, Hydro-chloric acid, Zinc sulfate & Calcium Chloride as per ICL quality standards mentioned in the Booklet of Specification of Raw materials & finished products.To perform shift analysis on ICP-OES and on spectrophotometer.To arrange for carrying out environmental tests such as effluent streams, stack Analysis andtheir comparison with NEQS limits.Making of solutions and their standardization for conducting tests.Calibration of instruments being used for analytical work in laboratory.Testing of raw water, RO plant Water, Boiler water and testing of chemicals related towater softening.To arrange for addressing the customer's complaints received through marketing department.To coordinate with production department to tackle the chemical process problems faced bythem to run the plant smoothly and to arrange repeat chemical analysis /tests whererequired until the problem is solved.To do R&D .Making of standard solutions and their standardisation.
