I have good understanding of corporate/Management culture.- Understand the requirement of the customer & conduct inspection procedure with the help of standard operating procedure (SOP) of the ABRL.- Developed own Quality manual/guideline for footwear.- Decided the testing requirement and finalise the charges with agencies.-Conduct Factory audit,Inline inspection and Final Inspection.- Set the Quality benchmark for our Footwear brand.- Discuss with category regarding customer return, Product costing and initial action taken by.- Understand the customers required Inspection Method, Level & AQL for the deferent product & size range of the product.- Educate all inspection's procedure & requirement to the supplier before start the production or inspection.- Follow all standard inspection's procedure AQL & requirement of the client during the inspection.inform all findings of inspection to supplier & give the suggestions to improve the quality of the product.- Debrief the inspection findings to executive with all digital images & documents.
