Complete commissioning of Ergo-Block “LM” KRONES High speed line, complete control and instrumentation work by hand in 2021 with KRONES TeamCore Responsibilities: Skilled at calibration, installation, maintenance of electrical & instrument equipment including complete documentation. Manage the Overhauling, Maintenance as well as inventory of KRONES Pet Line ERGO BLOC-LM  To check and maintain inventory of parts related to routine maintenance and troubleshooting Approve monitor and coordinate with 3rd party contractors engaged to carry out maintenance works on the site.Core Skills & Experience:  To supervise the operation and ensure proper maintenance all equipment’s like KRONES Blowing Machine, Filler Machine, Labeler Machine or Shrink Packing Machine etc. Responsible for all aspects of production including utilities, blow molding, filling, packing and any other technical related production work during shift time. Maintenance of all types of machinery of manufacturing as per breakdown, corrective, schedule and preventive maintenance. Operational control on Ergobloc LM with its troubleshooting. B&R ACOPOS Multi Drives, Danfoss Variable Frequency Drives with Backup & installation of Danfoss Drives through MCT10 software  Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of ASI- Master and its relevant slaves with complete addressing  KRONES Check-Mat parameters setting to meet the quality parameters of bottles Troubleshooting of all type of electrical & instruments faults on all the machines of line Backups of HMI’s with its CF card & Automation PC’s with its Zenon backups Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of SIEMENS HMI & PLC cards and PLC modules Worked on B&R, Analog, PS cards and B&R modules with backups Bypass of instruments(Pressure Gauges, different types of Sensors, Relays, Safety Barriers, SOV’s, Lubrication Pumps etc) in case of E-Cat for spare parts

 To supervise the operation and ensure proper maintenance all equipment’s like KRONES Blowing Machine, Filler Machine, Labeler Machine or Shrink Packing Machine etc. Responsible for all aspects of production including utilities, blow molding, filling, packing and any other technical related production work during shift time. Maintenance of all types of machinery of manufacturing as per breakdown, corrective, schedule and preventive maintenance. KRONES Check-Mat & Capcade parameters setting to meet the quality of bottle package appearance as per quality.  Bypass of instruments (Pressure Gauges, different types of Sensors, Relays, Safety Barriers, SOV’s, Lubrication Pumps etc.) in case of emergency. Worked on the audit activities with audit team. Making Schedules for the work to be done and guiding the workers throughout Production planning & controlling Preparation of productivity reports, raw material consumption reports Performing the functions of troubleshooting and breakdown/ preventive/corrective maintenance for reducing downtime to minimum and to restore the plant in case of shutdown. To maintain and record all the process activities in accordance with the organization policy and procedures. All machineries, devices, power panel board, AC’s & chillers to be serviced and maintained correctly. Chiller water testing, chiller water cooling and performance monitoring and maintenance as per requirement. Machine maintenance mold maintenance dryer maintenance, to be done timely on regular basis. Need to maintain a clean environment with power panel room, board AC’s and chillers. Carrying out Daily, Weekly ,Monthly, Annually maintenance as per maintenance schedule.  Monitoring and record daily equipment parameters. Daily check for all utility equipment s and lamps. Ensure all working areas neat and functional always. Help to track all technical spares and spare store maintain as per requirement.
