Set up pilot project of internal UAV Team each region to support the precisionforestry project.▪ Engage and manage multiple UAV vendors (up to 24 teams) to support theprecision forestry project with area about one million hectares.▪ Coordinate & work together with Data Science Team to develop multiple usecases automation model such as weed and tree count model using machinelearning algorithm.▪ Manage various remote sensing proof of concept (POC) and pilot projects suchas satellite imagery for tree health 12M-36M, QC Mounding by AI-UAV,Automatic Lining for Spot Cultivator, etc.▪ Communicated customer complaints, requests and feedback to companymanagement for two ways resolution.

Manage land acquisition (GRTT) survey along with GRTT & GIS Team on eachestates.▪ Manage land clearing monitoring survey activity with GRTT & GIS team on eachestates.▪ Manage newly planting monitoring survey activity with GIS and operation/estate team.▪ Develop internal UAV team to improve the way doing land acquisitionmonitoring.▪ Manage monthly land clearing and planting progress maps to hand over to theoperation each estates.▪ Support external consultant visit such as KLHK peat survey, Agronomist surveyetc.▪ Support land survey to the infrastructure team.
