• Monitor ongoing trades on site.• Organize and manage the actual work on site in order to meet project milestones and quality standards.• Review Method Statements, specifications/ drawings in order to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts prior to submittal to consultant.• Coordinate with subcontractors in order to ensure proper execution of construction works schedule in accordance with the approved shop drawings and project progress plan.• Attend site visits along with Consultant, Project Management and Client to resolve Site related Queries.• Arrange workshops with the consultant at site for any clashes at site, Informing Design team to send RFIs accordingly for their official response to adapt changes.• Prepare the matrix of Abortive and new works involved in the VOs and prepare the Estimate of Resources involved for the approval from consultant.• To send SI to subcontractors base on RFIs to proceed with works as variations to their scope of work. • Prepare weekly & monthly Progress reports for Client.• Stay updated of any changes in drawings and/or any submittals due to variations or RFIs of each activity to make sure work is carried out in accordance to avoid any FI or NCR.• Preparing As-builts of different activities executed at site and updating Engineering department to update the drawings.• Attend meetings and site Visits with ADCD and ADM Authorities and with Client for facility Handover. • Follow up with subcontractors to provide project deliverables i.e: O&M Manuals, As-builts and warranties etc. to provide to design team for project close out.• Attend meetings with consultant and client for close out of completed items under Master punch list and to discuss/close any disputed snags/items as not part of design but added into master punch list items either by Consultant, Client or by Facility Management.

• Monitor the ongoing trades on site.• Plan the works and efficiently organize the plant, site facilities and resources to meet the agreed deadlines.• Review the Sub-contractors Method statements to make sure the accurate procedure is followed to complete a specific activity.• To study the latest approved drawings of each activity to make sure the work is carried out in accordance to avoid any FI or NCR. • Allocate the resources appropriately and keep an accurate record of all the elements of the Project.• Provide liaising services between engineering and construction team. • Prepare the matrix of Abortive and new works involved in the VOs and prepare the Estimate of Resources involved for the approval from consultant.• Arranging workshops with the consultant at site for any clashes at site, Informing CM to send RFIs accordingly for their official response through Aconex.• Send RFBOs to MEP for any services removal causing any obstructions in the progress in the Civil activities.• Maintain the record of sub-contractors activities being performed under any SI to forward it to commercial for payment in accordance.• Preparing IRs and attending Inspections with Consultant at site. • Preparing the As-builts of different activities executed at site and updating Engineering department to update the drawings.• Preparing daily activities report including sub-contractor’s activities for Construction Director’s review and signature. It is then being submitted to client.• Preparing 2 weeks look ahead plans to monitor the activities in comparison with the target plan to avoid delay.• Implement HLG environment policies and monitor production activities in order to ensure that the dust, noise, silt and rubbish flow etc. do not affect surrounding environment.• Take keen interest in the events of Health and safety, My team was the winner of Mafraq Hospital’s Health and Safety week 2014

• Responsible for day to day work.• Coordination with sub-contractors on site in order to ensure the sub-contractors activities are completed on time and in accordance with the design drawings, specification and project requirements.• Raise IRs and attend inspections with consultant • Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in the work to the line manager.• Prepare the status reports and regularly monitor subcontractors and schedules. • Overseeing the requisition of materials and plant and resources allocation. • Monitor materials, equipment and manpower on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program.• Ensure that any changes have reached to the commercial department in order to assess and evaluate its impact. • Plan the activities in order to efficiently use resources to meet the construction program.• Maintain register of all material deliveries, list of equipment, manpower allocation on site.• Implement the project safety plan and coordinate with the safety department to ensure the safety measures are taken into consideration throughout the project cycle.• Weekly tool box briefing to labor• Preparing Two weeks look ahead plan.• Coordination with the subcontractors to avoid the delay in the target plan and to avoid any clash.• Make sure the latest drawings being used to avoid any delay.• Coordination with different departments i.e. Store, Logistics, HSE and Laboratory for smooth flow of work.• Rectification of the Defects, raising IRs and Attending Inspection with Dalkia (Project maintenance company) and Project Facilities Management (JBI) representatives during Defect Liability Period after handover of the Project.
