Installs and configures computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment and associated cabling. Conducts sites surveys; assesses and documents current site configuration and user requirements and also provides first contact and incident resolution to customers with hardware, software, and application problems, which includes both customer telephone support, as well as electronically submitted requests.
