Experienced more than 32 years in multinational oil and gas company in technical and managerial scope :HSE:Implement the expertise and provide advice to management as well as the entire organization in all aspects of HSE and ensure that the company operates in comply with applicable HSE regulations, and that all emergency management system and its mitigation are in place to ensure that all of the company activities are conducted in a safe and with great care manner.Drilling and Project:Manage drilling engineering & execution, assuring that all the relevant activities are carried out according to project budget & schedule, coordinating well and completion Sr. Engineers, Drilling Manager and external Contractors.Integrated Project Management:Plan, monitor, and manage new facilities development project (Onshore & Offshore project) for Basin and Island Business Unit pursuing the best result in terms of safety, time and cost effectiveness.Operation Support:Provide relevant expertise in the leadership related to permit, certification, sharing agreement for Non-Technical and Technical Documents in order to fulfil government regulation and keep coordination & relationship with government.
