• Working with in the community to inform and aware NBN Co.’s future goal towards betterment of Australia.• To provide information about the National Broadband Network and helping the community to understand NBN’s goal "deliver Australia's first national wholesale-only, open access broadband network to all Australians, regardless of where they live".• To work closely with business community and external agencies to ensure that when there is a time to change what measures should be taken in advance to make the migration of services smoothly.• To deliver NBN’s message into the community through local cultural and social events.• To gather community feedback regarding their sentiment towards NBN and its roll out process.• Involving with different communities throughout Australia to get the response against NBN’s service and to minimize the communication gap between NBN and Australian people.

• Cold calling to set appointments for energy saving devices like Power Boards, Energy Saving Globes, Door Seals, Chimney Balloons and Window Seals under the Victorian Energy Efficient Target Scheme. A Victorian Government initiative• Giving product knowledge and confirming appointments for field reps• Following up with the existing customer to deal with their inquiries or for any technical help regarding the product• Customer support and verification calls, inbound/outbound• Meeting and achieving set targets and KPI’s to make sure that field reps get enough leads to work on the following week• Giving help and support to new/existing colleagues about the product, the VEET scheme and in closing the lead, if needed• Data Entry into Excel Spread Sheets• Attend weekly meetings to discuss about issues regarding customer feedback, product and the application update

Data Processing, Data filling and Data mining for clients• Discussion with clients over Skype calls to make sure everyone is on a same page• 24/7 support and communication with the client through VOIP calls or at online discussion board• Team management, roaster management• Training on updates according to the client’s requirement• Annual performance appraisal for team members and private discussions regarding their concerns and support• Social Media Marketing, E-mail marketing through client’s social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace etc.• Data Entry for clients on to their CRM• Recruiting, hiring and training candidates required for the upcoming projects within the department
