Pressure recovery extended the operation by 03 months, saving 6 million USD compressor CAPEX and & 400 million PKR/annum fuel OPEX cost Assessed feasibility of Utilities advanced process control to install ~500 k USD IPCOS system with estimated fuel savings of ~300 k USD/annum. Conducted pilot unit field test to install ~1.0 million USD electro deionization unit.  Evaluated ~2.8 million USD 52500 m3/h cooling tower revamp project. Designed ~2.2 million USD site stormwater management project for safe & reliable operation. Successfully completed CBD for horticulture task, saving ~200 k m3 / annum fresh water. Estimated business case for pilot urea derivatives line with ~3.0 million USD NPV Issued 20+ design solutions to address aspects of HSE, DBN, reliability and optimization.

 Led the FEED of 08 million USD lean oil-based LPG extraction project for incremental ~50 tpd LPG production.  Directed 15 million USD NG compression project to install 02 nos. 2500 hp compressors with wet surface air coolers for accelerated production worth 700+ million USD NPV.  Capacity augmentation of produced water treatment facilities project for 6000 bpd continuous treatment and re-injection into 02 nos. disposal wells at 3150 psig. Identified and proposed solution for DBN of Makori slug catcher project.  Steered the design for 03 nos. of wellhead facilities development projects.

Pakistan

 Upgraded the design & materialized 14 million USD Sofia field development project including unmanned wellhead facility, flow line, three phase separator and fiscal grade metering. Headed the design & realized 5.2 million USD 16'' 45 km Latif line de-bottleneck project of installing unmanned facility to separate 5500 BPD water and re-injection in disposal well @1600 psi to gain 300 psig pressure recovery and field life extension for years.  Apprised the design & accomplished 2.2 million USD Sawan front end compression upgrade project to decrease suction pressure limit to 35 psig from earlier limit of 120 psig. Field life extended for 01 year. Improved the design & instlled 0.5 million USD Mehar Plant Debottlenecking project to upgrade plant capacity from 30 MMScfd gas / 3300 bopd to 38 MMScfd / 5500 bopd. Aided in FEED of Middle Indus single plant operation project of assessing seven options to transfer and process all Middle Indus region gas at either of 35 km distant plants i.e., 230 MMScfd Kadanwari & 450 MMScfd Sawan. 10 million USD savings identified. Supervised the design and concluded 2.0 million USD Mehar overall field compression project. Saved 01 million USD by technically ruling out additional compressor requirement. Managed 04 nos. of wellheads & 06 nos. of wellhead compression projects.
