Taking part in recruitment process with HR team and conduct interviews/Tests. Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of on-board delivery drivers & new joiners. Doing customers site visits to ensure Enoclink QHSE & UAE authorities’ rules and regulations compliance. Giving feedback to the management on the areas of improvement in operations as well as on customer sites. Overseeing the transportation of fuel products from one location to another, such as from horizon terminals loading docks to the Enoclink Hub as well as customer delivery locations. Dealing with different manpower suppliers to ensure timely reporting of all the staff as per schedule. Using Skids for the loading operations at the HUB transferring fuel products (Petrol-Diesel-Adblue-B5) into Enoclink trucks from the mother tanks according to the customer’s needs & requirements. Coordinating with Operations coordinator about the delivery plans to Enoclink customers. Conducting weekly, monthly meetings with management to discuss the operations issue and plan for the development of the company and increase of sales to achieve the annual targets. Daily sales and monthly stock accountability and reconciliation. Writing and updating standard operating procedures. Identify, reporting, investigating and closing incident, near miss and opportunities for improvement reports on Intelex. Employee management, leave scheduling and duty allocation.Fleet control and management to ensure to ensure all preventive and curative maintenance is performed as per program. Conducting safety tool box briefs for the team. Training drivers and helpers on safety and fuel operations. Conduct spot check in customer locations to ensure operations are carried out as per Site inspection reports and safely. Ensuring all life support, safety equipment is provided. Show less
