Job Responsibilities1) Preparation of PFD’s, P&ID's and Design Basis for Oil & Gas Pipelines, Terminals, Metering Skids, City Gate Stations, LNG/LCNG Stations & Compressors along with Hydraulic Simulation Report, Operation and Control Philosophy, Blowdown, Dispersion Analysis for Oil & Gas Pipelines/Terminals.2) Checking & Approval of vendor Design Calculations, Drawings, Datasheets for various items viz. PSV/CRV/TSV, Cartridge Filter/Filter Separators/Basket Filters/Cyclone Separators/KO Drums, Water Bath Heaters/Atmospheric Vaporizers, etc in different types of Metering Skids, DRS/MRS/DCU, LNG Terminals & POL Terminals.3) HAZOP, HAZID & Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) for various Oil & Gas Stations/Terminals.4) Preparation of Material requisition (MR), datasheets, technical specification, related P&ID’s/PFD’s, QAP’s, reply to pre-bid queries, technical evaluation of offer, preparation of TQ (technical query) and TBA (technical bid analysis) for tender document.5) Inspection of Coated Pipelines (API-5L) & other various items like PSV, Filters, etc for quality assurance.6) Site visits to supervise site installations and modifications at various Oil & Gas pipeline terminals and Commissioning of Gas Pipelines.7) Detailed Feasibility Reports (DFR) & Front End Engineering Design (FEED).8) Surge Analysis of Oil Pipelines using Pipeline Studio.Projects:1) Jagdishpur‐Haldia‐Bokaro‐Dhamra Gas Pipeline Project (Client - M/s GAIL).2) Baghjan‐Madhuban Gas Pipeline Project (Client - M/s OIL).3) North‐East Gas Grid (Client - M/s IGGL).4) Barmer-Palanpur Multi-Product (MS/HSD/SKO) Cross Country Pipeline (Client -M/s HPCL).5) POL Terminal at Kanpur (Client -M/s HPCL).6) LNG Stations at various locations (Client -M/s GAIL).7) DFR for Hydrogen Blending with Natural Gas at various locations (Client‐IGL).8) Supply of DRS, MRS and Decompression Skids at various locations. (Client-M/s IOCL).9) Barauni‐Guwahati Gas Pipeline Project (Client‐M/s GAIL).

My responsibilities mainly include complete basic engineering (process engineering) for all pipeline jobs and checking and approval of all process engineering related vendor documents in all our EPMC jobs (Engineering project management consultancy jobs). Following are the detailed responsibilities I have as Assistant Design Engineer. Period & Location: Feb 2014 - till date - Oil & Gas Strategic Business Unit,New Delhi • Basic Engineering (Preperation of Design Basis, P&ID's, Hazop Analysis Report, Bill of material for all pipeline laying jobs)• Project Management and consulting.• Project Planning (Preparation of level-3 schedules for all pipeline jobs). • Vendor drawing approval.• Erection supervision and Commissioning.• Inspection Jobs under different projects.Projects Undertaken : • Cold repair of Coke oven battery No. 9 in Bhilai Steel Plant, Chattisgarh.• Phulpur-Haldia Pipeline Project, GAIL.• Replacement of Pipeline Project in Gujarat and Cauvery Basin, GAIL.• Conversion of Non-Piggable to Piggable lines in different regions under PAN India, GAIL.

Period & Location: August 2016 - till date - Oil & Gas Strategic Business Unit,New Delhi • Basic Engineering (Preperation of Design Basis, P&ID's, Hazop Analysis Report, Bill of material for all pipeline laying jobs)• Project Management and consulting.• Vendor drawing approval.• Capacity Determination for various CGD networks using Pipeline Studio.• Tendering (Preparation of tender document for various packages e.g. VRU).• Erection supervision and Commissioning.• Inspection Jobs under different projects.Projects Undertaken : • Phulpur-Haldia Pipeline Project, GAIL.• Srikakulam‐Angul Gas Pipeline Project (Client‐M/s GAIL).• Installation of Vapor Recovery Unit at various location, HPCL.• Supply of DRS, MRS and Decompression Skids at various locations, GAIL.• Pipeline Integrity Assessment for various old pipelines (Client - M/s GAIL).• Installation of Vapor Recovery Unit at Kanpur (Client -M/s HPCL).

As MTT my main responsibilities were, site supervision in a Coke oven battery (Battery no. 9 in Bhilai Steel Plant) as per standard drawings issued for construction, documentation control as per ISO: 9001:2008 and approved storage tank (both floating roof and fixed roof) drawings for tankage job in one of our projects.

As an intern I have prepared sugar substitute by extraction process of Stevia leaves in a pilot plant at IIIM, Jammu which also included a number of separation process after the end of extraction process (Distillation, Crystallization, drying, solvent recovery and heat exchange operations).
