Currently working as a Passenger Service Executive for Virgin Atlantic (B787-9 // A350-1000) at BWFS allocated as a Turn around co-ordinator (TCO), mainly responsible for providing loading instructions to loading supervisor, providing FIC/ADC/flight plan to flight crew, carrying out LMCs when necessary, overseeing safety on RAMP, co-ordinating with load control and all the relevant departments in real time for an efficient on time departure.Also handling Cashier/Cabin Appearance/Boarding/Check-in/MHB etc allocations effectively.Previously worked as a business development intern at InventON solutions Pvt Ltd.Completed training cum internship as a Project Intern at Udaan Aviation Academy where got exposed to various skills like Graphic designing, No-code website and No-code application development, Market research and Data Analysis etc.Also worked as an HR intern at Arthayan Bizfinmart Pvt Ltd. and that helped immensely in building up my Communication Skills, Confidence and Customer Handling.Constantly learning new skills and looking forward to have a great career in the Sector.Along with that I'm also a National level Powerlifting Athlete, 4 times state level ranker in powerlifting, multiple times Strongman/Best lifter winner and a certified fitness trainer.Found the profile promising?I'm all ears to new opportunities and suggestions!Email me at umarkhn737@gmail.com
