*Coordinate with facility management office for any query via email and phone. *Send reports to client, if any like,(accident, violations of rules and regulation, mechanical or any Technical issues or any emergency. *Coordinate with clubhouse for daily bookings.*Send daily, weekly and monthly reports to management. *Coordinate with authorities (Police, Ambulance etc) in emergency case.

*Dealing with customer complaints and queries.*Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so. *Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.*Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. *Liaising with companies like, Unilever, Nestle, Coca Cola, Pepsi, and some others import distributors as well. *Loss & Prevention, replacement of damaged, expiry products or any issue to supplier on time

*Developing Quotation for each RFQ for priority customers that includes Article Selection, Pricing and alternative suggestions.*Maintaining good communication process with the priority clients through emails, voice & Call correspondence. *Coordinating with FOM(Field Operations Manager) for daily Business Operations, Internal & External communication to relevant stakeholders to register, active, reactive, retain and develop new customers. *Responsible for execution of RFQs, Pricing, and complete Delivery Operations for customers. *Attend meetings for business development.*Attend meetings for business development and present presentation to management.*Coordination with CMs (Customer Managers) to close orders and quotations.*Visit key customers to increase the basket of their buying as per their requirements and potential. *Coordinate with delivery department for smooth delivery to customers and meet their tight deadline on time.*Keep the record of returns and adjust them in their respective ledger via coordination with accounts department or credit supervisor.

*Execution of orders received by customer managers or customer in given time deadline.*Coordinate with customers and share the status of their deliveries and share them alternative articles to reduce missing articles and sale as well. *Align the route to respective customers to reduce the cost of transportation*Record keeping of receiving of goods from customers to reconcile their accounts in future for smooth operation. *Hire and train team to give full customer service to customers while delivery to customers at their parameter.
