Current Raw Material Inspection & prepare the reports. Preparing First off approval report for initial setup samples. Frequently Line inspection and Preparing process inspection report. Involvement in New part critical dimension GO&NO GO gauge preparation. Preparation of Quality alert of In-house defective parts. Inspect the critical dimensions of Process capability study for new process. Daily, Weekly, Monthly rejection report preparation & DPM calculation. Involvement in Kaizen activities. Maintaining of calibration documents. Preparation of final dock audit report & Pre Dispatch Report. Supporting to New Product Developments and Supplier Quality Engineers Interaction & follow up with suppliers for quality improvement & technical discussion Follow up with various vendors for quality and solve process issues Analysis of Customer Complaint and issues
