Finance Operations Team Lead
Current• Successfully driving sustainable growth of the organization to achieve set mission and business targets• Champion the delivery of consistent, seamless, and trusted customer service to ensure customer retention and loyalty• Initiate and implement strategies for problem solving by taking a deep dive into the root cause of the problem and building robust solutions• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, profitability, and efficiency analysis for the business• Review financial statements, prepare and control operational budgets• Develop detailed processes, quality controls, and KPI for a seamless integration of executing the operational plan and procedures• Manage and monitor program/project activities within budget whilst minimizing risks & maximize performance amongst teams• Generate, interpret, and present reports to the executive management required for decision making
