Responsibilities:• Support function to the Service and LCS Project Managers at the LCS center/subsidiaries.• Liaison with Service or LCS Project Manager for any intervention that occur in the region in terms of installation drawings, logistics planning, project briefs and manning requirements. • Lead the daily operations on regional and on country level in the various service areas including spare parts business, field operations, repair workshops services, services agreements, remote support, and technical advisory services.• Lead the team to fulfil customer needs and develop operational plans and over-see the resource capacities, development, and allocation to manage the profitability of the service business.• Central coordination of the regional training needs and assist the regional training coordinator in the planning thereof.• Punctual intervention on customer site for technical clarification and engineers assistance/evaluation. • Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel.• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives• Oversee the development and maintenance of FSEs competence and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior member of the team.• Assist and advise in the planning and installation of new machinery and equipment in the execution of new projects•

•Participated in new plant project . Interfaced between the project team and plant personnel in layout design, installation review, process validation, and result analysis for the project, scrap, lines, capability and productivity improvements.•Project Planning, Execution and Daily Progress Monitoring of Civil and Mechanical Works for New Production Line for Millat Batteries, completion within specified time using MS PROJECT and P3.•Preparation of schedule for preventive maintenance of all plant Machinery and Equipment. Mainly compressors, boilers, generators, blowers, vibrators, sensors, and PLCs.•Manages the plant’s operations, maintenance, projects, and departments including spare parts, inventory, budget, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.•Understanding the operations of pneumatic instruments, the importance of filters in a pneumatic system, and how temperature and pressure affects the process.•Calculating the efficiency of machines and workers to improve the process.•Regular Calibration of equipment and sensors to avoid sudden breakdown.•Identifying and repairing of air compressor leaks to reduce energy use.
